First Steps, McCormick, provides Early Education for children under 4, including quality child care for infants and toddlers. The program helps children reach their full potential by supporting successful development.  

 

In addition, First Steps offers a Nurturing Parent component that empowers and educates parents with skills to make positive lifestyle choices with home visitations and group-based parenting groups. 

 

Lutheran Women in Mission serves as a liaison to support the goals and missions of First Steps with enrichment activities, supplies and funds i.e. backpacks, school supplies, gift bags at Christmas.
